Water, Fire, Mold Mitigation Estimator

Position SummaryThe Mitigation Estimator role is critical for the success of a restoration company, as they are responsible for creating estimates in Xactimate utilizing the program guidelines and IICRC standards. They must be detailed oriented and understand residential, commercial and mitigation services. Having a basic construction background which includes basic understanding of building materials, flooring and other materials affected by water, fire, smoke, mold and other property damage causes will assist in being successful in this position.Xactimate experience is an essential requirement of this job. As well as mitigation software for documentation and drying records. If you do not have experience with this software, you will not be considered for this position.
