As an Water Operator II, you’ll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services - uninterrupted. Based in Jackson, MS, you’ll be reporting to the Water Plant Operations supervisor and supervise Water Plan Operators I, Operators and Operators-in-Training. You’ll participate in the work of staff involved in the operation of the water treatment plants and water wells; participate in training new employees; evaluate and aid in employee performance along with training staff in appropriate treatment and sampling methods and techniques.
