Job Description

We are actively seeking a Structural Engineer with expertise in designing projects for water and wastewater treatment plants.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate project tasks, including construction oversight and quality assurance.
  • Implement project management strategies to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, understanding client requirements and delivering effective solutions.

    • Technical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and execute structural projects.
  • Supervise the creation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for multiple projects.
  • Projects may include heavy civil projects (e.g., dams, flood walls, water treatment facilities) and architectural projects (commercial, educational buildings).

    • Team Development:

  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and project managers.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment that fosters growth and knowledge sharing.

    • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 6+ years of structural design experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
  • Experience in Project Management and/or federal projects
