We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to handle E-commerce, Financial, and Travel accounts. The role focuses on providing excellent customer support through chat, email, and ticketing systems—no voice calls required.



Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner



Resolve customer concerns related to e-commerce orders, financial transactions, and travel bookings



Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions



Follow company policies and account-specific guidelines



Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
