Wax Injector

Responsibilities

• Inject various types of runners dies, patterns, soluble and wax assemblies. Ensures that all wax injections are performed as required per company standards.
• Performs repetitive injections and controls the resulting wax injection, extrusion, and billets.
• Performs inspection of all wax injections and validates with team lead or supervisor.
• Follows established protocol for notification of potential deviations or scrap trends.
• Assures the necessary stock of materials for the area to maximize productivity.
• Must pay close attention to detail.
• Sets up and maintains air guns and tools as required to perform specific activities.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Respects the values and code of ethics of the company.
