WCB Dedicated Disability Management Consultant

Overview

The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking one (1) innovative and experienced Disability Management Consultant to assist our employees with navigating the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) and disability processes. Our Disability Management Consultants actively work in consultation with employees, the work area and other internal/external stakeholders to develop and implement return to work plans and act on opportunities to provide early interventions to prevent lost time from work.

Responsibilities

• Managing the EPS WCB account through monitoring and strategically interpreting time loss statistics in order to identify risks and proactively plan improvements with the Occupational Health & Safety Section.
