We are looking for a backend-focused web developer with strong expertise in WordPress and Shopify architecture. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building custom, scalable, and secure web solutions, especially for e-commerce and high-traffic websites.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins (PHP, MySQL)
• Customize Shopify themes, checkout flows, and Shopify Apps using Liquid & APIs
• Implement REST API integrations, webhooks, and third-party services
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and backend logic
• Ensure website security, performance optimization, and scalability
• Debug, refactor, and optimize legacy codebases
• Collaborate with frontend, UI/UX, and QA teams for clean deployments
• Manage hosting environments, backups, and deployment workflows
