Key Responsibilities

  • Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general platform navigation

  • Provide customer-focused, clear, and solution-oriented communication

  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

  • Follow internal processes, KPIs, and quality standards

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer journeys

  • Contribute ideas for improving the customer support process
