Key Responsibilities

Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

Assist with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and general platform navigation

Provide customer-focused, clear, and solution-oriented communication

Handle customer complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Follow internal processes, KPIs, and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer journeys
