Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Wealth & Institutional Sales Officer to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth across both retail and institutional segments. This role combines the responsibilities of wealth management sales with institutional business development, offering a unique opportunity to work with individual clients, family offices, and corporates.
You will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing superior customer service, generating leads, executing channel sales strategies, and increasing market share and AUM. The role requires strong financial acumen, proactive engagement, and the ability to deliver results across diverse market cycles.
Responsibilites:
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retail clients, family offices, and corporates.
- Advise clients on financial products, market developments, and personalized financial planning.
- Engage clients through digital/face-to-face meetings, presentations, and regular updates.
- Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads and manage sales operations across wealth and institutional channels.
- Increase market share and revenue in assigned segments (family offices, corporates, retail investors).
- Reactivate dormant clients and acquire new investors across asset classes.
- Execute channel sales strategies and leverage CRM/MIS tools for effective sales tracking.
- Market Intelligence & Advisory
- Provide timely insights on capital markets, mutual funds, and macroeconomic trends.
- Share competitive intelligence and market deals with leadership.
- Use data-driven tools and market analysis to support client decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA Finance preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or institutional sales.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets (equity, fixed income), mutual funds, and financial products.
- Proven ability to deliver superior results in varying market conditions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary Range: From 3 LPA to 5 LPA
