The Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing HNI/UHNI client relationships with a focus on long-term wealth creation. The role involves delivering comprehensive investment advisory services, achieving AUM targets, and ensuring high-quality client servicing through a consultative approach.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients, focusing on long-term wealth creation and portfolio growth.
  • Develop and maintain an AUM of INR 50 Cr or above .
  • Provide end-to-end investment advisory services across equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, NCDs, and structured products.
  • Understand client risk profiles and recommend tailored financial solutions.
  • Achieve revenue and AUM targets through effective relationship management and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalance investments based on market dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal processes, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—product, research, and operations—to deliver seamless client servicing.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–6 years of experience in wealth management, preferably with private banks, broking houses, or AMCs.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing an AUM of INR 50 Cr or more .
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, including equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and fixed income instruments.
  • Excellent client acquisition, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as NISM VA / NISM XA+XB / CFP are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
