Executive Summary
At Bajaj, our Private Wealth Managers are trusted advisors to UHNI families, entrepreneurs, and promoters. As a Private Wealth RM, you will be responsible for managing and growing a high-quality client franchise by delivering holistic wealth advice, curated investment solutions, and a differentiated client experience
This role is ideal for seasoned wealth professionals who enjoy deep client engagement, understand markets, and want to build a long-term advisory career with one of India’s most respected financial services institutions.
Key Accountabilities
Business Growth & Revenue
- Drive AUM growth, revenue, and wallet share through existing client relationships.
- Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic introductions.
- Achieve defined business, productivity, and engagement metrics.
- Contribute to market initiatives, client events, and thought-leadership forums.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of UHNI clients, family offices, and business owners.
- Act as the primary advisor across client investments, financial planning, and wealth structuring needs.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, goal-mapping discussions, and market updates.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and their families.
Investment Solutions & Product Advisory
- Deliver advisory across a comprehensive suite of wealth solutions, including:
- Equity & Equity Derivatives
- Mutual Funds, PMS & AIFs
- Alternate Assets (Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, Structured Products)
- Fixed Income & Bonds
- Insurance and protection solutions
Governance & Client Suitability
- Ensure all client interactions and recommendations adhere to regulatory guidelines , internal policies, and suitability norms.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, compliance, and ethical conduct.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Bajaj Wealth in the market.
Experience & Qualifications
Professional Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Private Wealth Management, Wealth Advisory, Private Banking, or Financial Services.
- Proven experience managing UHNI client portfolios with strong relationship depth.
- Track record of consistent AUM growth and revenue delivery.
Educational Background
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Management.
- Certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA (Level I/II).
Skills & Attributes
- Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
- Sound understanding of financial markets and investment products.
- Ability to simplify complex investment concepts for clients.
- High ownership mindset, integrity, and long-term client orientation.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, advisory-led environment.
