Job Title: Wealth Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 56 years Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics (CFP/NISM preferred) Work Schedule: Full-time Were hiring a Wealth Manager for our client which is a rapidly growing financial services firm focused on delivering customized investment solutions to HNIs and UHNIs. As the Wealth Manager, your responsibilities would be: Acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients with a focus on long-term wealth creation and relationship management. Developing and maintaining an AUM of INR 50 Cr and above through effective client acquisition and cross-selling. Providing end-to-end investment advisory services across equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and structured products. Conducting regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing based on market dynamics and individual client risk profiles. Collaborating with internal product and research teams to ensure seamless client servicing and regulatory compliance. Requirements Substantial experience in wealth management, preferably with a private bank, broking house, or AMC. Proven track record of managing and growing an AUM of INR 50 Cr or more. Deep technical knowledge of investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and fixed-income instruments. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to influence HNI stakeholders. Relevant certifications such as NISM VA, NISM XA+XB, or CFP are highly preferred. Proven success, preferably in Indian broking/startup space with lean campaigns. Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging Indian platforms. Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and Indian influencer regulations. Skilled in communication, negotiation, and relationship management. Proficient in analytics for data-driven decisions. Creative with insights into Indian market trends and consumer behavior. Self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities in a startup environment.
