The role of Wealth Management – Wealth Ops Processor-Cashiering will be part of an integrated Wealth Management Operations workforce and collaborate with departments responsible for processing annuity transactions; and assisting clients with asset/money movements. Candidates will also participate in actions to efficiently carry out day-to-day Operations by assisting internal clients including, but not limited to, Financial Advisors, Sales Assistants, Risk-Management and Compliance.
Primary responsibilities include
+ Handling all asset/money movement transactions
+ Processing all physical and remote check deposits, as well as stock/bond certificates
+ Incoming mail handling and repository filing
+ Ensuring prompt, accurate and timely resolution of all requests and inquiries, including phone correspondence
+ Field a variety of incoming Financial Advisor calls with a passion to deliver high quality solutions for our customers
