Web AnalystはCIA（Customer Insights & Analytics）内のDigital Store Analyticsチームに所属し、Digital Store部門と連携してEコマース分野の顧客データ分析業務をサポートします。

具体的には、eコマースのパフォーマンスを分析し、eコマースビジネスのパフォーマンスを成長させるための課題と機会を特定する責任を担います。これには、大規模なデータからインサイトを抽出する経験を応用した、デジタル販売およびウェブトラフィックデータの分析が含まれます。主体的に分析し、分析内容を明らかにし、改善アクションを提案し、マーケティングチームなどの主要ステークホルダーに伝えます。

具体的な業務例：

– ビジネス要件に基づいたトラッキングプランの作成、設定、IT部門との連携。

– タグマネジメントシステム（Google Tag Manager、Tealiumなど）を使用して、ウェブ解析とマーケティングプログラムのタグ付けとトラッキングを実行。

– 各市場の様々なアナリストやQVCインターナショナルのメンバーと協力し、ベストプラクティスを共有し、会社のKPI向上に役立つ新しい分析アイデアを実行。

– QVCのデジタルタッチポイント（ウェブサイト、スマートフォンアプリ、スマートTVなど）からデータを抽出し、レポートをまとめる。

– 様々な分析ツールを活用し、顧客動向、サイト訪問者の行動、よく購入される商品などを追跡、報告、分析。

– オンラインマーケティングキャンペーン、A/Bテスト、サイト変更、イベントの影響など、ウェブサイトパフォーマンスの主な要因を分析し、文書化。

＜応募必須条件＞

– 小売業界でのウェブ解析の経験

 Google Analytics、Adobe Analytics、Coremetricsなどのウェブ解析ツールの実務知識。

– デジタル消費者の行動を理解し、成長を加速させる機会を特定するためにアナリティクスを使用した経験。

– ビジネス日本語（Stakeholderとのコミュニケーション）

<重要な技術と知識＞

– SQLを使用してデータベースからレポートを抽出した経験（テスト有）

– Javascriptベースの言語を使用してAPIからデータを抽出した経験（テスト有）

– Adobe Analytics、Google Analytics、または同等のウェブトラフィック解析ツールの実務経験 （テスト有）

– アナリティクスを使用してデジタル消費者の行動を理解し、成長を加速させる機会を特定した経験

– データ分析を行い、統計的概念の知識を応用できる統計スキル

– 高度なExcelスキル
