Web Application Engineer – Power Platform

Web Application Engineer (Power Platform + Dynamics Business Central) Monday to Friday 9~00 am to 5~00pm EST (3 days on site +21 day remote) Spanish-speaking | Client-Facing Role

Are you a seasoned full-stack developer with a passion for building scalable enterprise solutions? Join our team as a Senior Web Application Engineer and lead the development of a cutting-edge web application integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Role Overview We're looking for a proactive and experienced engineer to architect, develop, and deploy a full-stack enterprise web application using Power Platform tools. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys taking initiative while remaining open to feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a scalable web-based solution using Power Apps and Power BI
• Architect robust data structures and implement role-based access controls.
• Integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for real-time data flow and traceability
• Establish and manage QA and data validation processes
• Create dynamic, exportable Power BI dashboards focused on forecasting and financial reporting
• Support production deployment and provide post-launch hypercare
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise web application development
• Proven expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of credential-based authentication, user management, and complex data structures
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (required)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies in hybrid environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

Language Requirements

Professional Spanish (spoken and written) Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
