About the role


The Software Developer plays an important role in the planning, design, development and support of information systems that meet the PTA’s quality standards. Working closely with users and technical teams, this role assists in analysing system performance, identifying improvements, translating user requirements, and contributing to high‑quality documentation and knowledge sharing.


You will support the delivery of efficient services by following IT service management practices, building strong working relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement across the Branch. The role also provides input into project documentation and offers technical expertise on new technologies and system enhancements, helping to strengthen the PTA’s digital capability.
