We offer a competitive salary range of ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 monthly, along with a dynamic workplace that encourages innovation and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly web pages and interfaces
• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for websites
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define design goals
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize web designs for maximum speed and scalability
• Must have good knowledge of Figma
• Stay updated on emerging trends in web design and technology
• Conduct user research and testing to enhance user experience
• Maintain and update existing websites to improve performance and user engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
