• Develop and refine design concepts through user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes based on detailed business requirements
• Utilize wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to facilitate functional and technical development; ensuring alignment across teams
• Ensure all designs follow responsive, mobile-first principles to support seamless omnichannels loyalty engagement across devices and platforms
• Convert visual designs and mock-ups into responsive, standards-compliant HTML and CSS stylesheets
