WEB MASTER

OVERVIEW:

Supports Ecommerce growth on Ecommerce Website and Mobile App by: (1) managing, maintaining and optimizing the website and app; (2) ensuring that the website and app are secure, up to date, and high performing; (3) helping optimize SEO technical strategies; (4) supporting campaign execution and performance; and, (5) supports website and mobile app enhancements and projects.

KEY ROLES:

  • Maintaining and updating Nespresso website to ensure it functions properly, loads quickly, and provides a seamless user experience
  • • Enhancing the user experience by improving navigation, design, and usability
  • • Managing upload of product listings, images, descriptions, and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
  • • Familiarity with the chosen e-commerce platform (Magento) to configure, customize, and troubleshoot as needed
