Job Title: Full stack Developer
Location: Bengaluru (Only local candidates)
Compensation: Up to ₹18 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Mongo DB.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs
- Optimize application performance and ensure reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Technical Requirements
Frontend
- Strong proficiency in Type Script and Java Script (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, API routes, dynamic routing, middleware)
- Solid understanding of React fundamentals (hooks, component lifecycle, state management)
- Experience building responsive and accessible UIs using HTML5, CSS3
- Familiarity with modern styling tools such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar
Backend
- Proficiency in Node.js with Express or Next.js API routes
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and Graph QL
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, error handling, and performance optimization
Database
- Strong experience with Mongo DB (schema design, collections, indexes, aggregations)
- Understanding of data modeling and query optimization
Dev Ops & Cloud
- Exposure to AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Cloud Watch, and API Gateway
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or similar)
- Comfortable with command-line tools and cloud deployments
General Skills
- Strong debugging, logging, and observability practices
- Proficient with Git (branching strategies, pull requests, merge workflows)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a small, high-performance team
