Job Title: Full stack Developer

Location: Bengaluru (Only local candidates)

Compensation: Up to ₹18 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces

Technical Requirements

Frontend

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, API routes, dynamic routing, middleware)
• Solid understanding of React fundamentals (hooks, component lifecycle, state management)
• Experience building responsive and accessible UIs using HTML5, CSS3
• Familiarity with modern styling tools such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar

Backend

• Proficiency in Node.js with Express or Next.js API routes
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, error handling, and performance optimization

Database

• Strong experience with MongoDB (schema design, collections, indexes, aggregations)
• Understanding of data modeling and query optimization

DevOps & Cloud

• Exposure to AWS services such as S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and API Gateway
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Comfortable with command-line tools and cloud deployments

General Skills

• Strong debugging, logging, and observability practices
• Proficient with Git (branching strategies, pull requests, merge workflows)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a small, high-performance team
