Position: Web Developer (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–2 years OR completed MERN Stack training/internship
CTC Details: Probation Period (3 months): ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (based on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using the MERN Stack .
Work on front-end development using React.js , ensuring responsive and user-friendly UI/UX.
Integrate APIs and back-end services using Node.js and Express.js .
Manage and structure data using MongoDB and Mongoose ORM.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
Document technical specifications and maintain code standards.
Stay updated with emerging trends in web technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in React.js (functional components, hooks, state management).
Hands-on experience or training in Node.js , Express.js , and MongoDB .
Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development tools (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only (as per company’s hiring policy).
1–2 years of experience in web development
OR
Candidates who have completed a MERN stack training or internship.
