Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of WordPress, Full Stack and Backend developers
Architect and review

WordPress, PHP and JS solutions

for scalability and performance
Hands-on development involving:
Theme customization
ACF Pro architecture
Custom plugin development
Oversee

third-party API integrations
Manage performance optimization, caching, and deployment practices
Coordinate with QA to ensure quality standards are met
Review UI/UX implementations and ensure design consistency
