- Lead and mentor a team of Word Press, Full Stack and Backend developers
- Architect and review Word Press, PHP and JS solutions for scalability and performance
- Hands-on development involving:

- ACF Pro architecture
- Custom plugin development
- Oversee third-party API integrations
- Manage performance optimization, caching, and deployment practices
- Coordinate with QA to ensure quality standards are met
