Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and e-commerce passionate individual to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. As part of our online business, this role will be responsible for managing daily updates of web content, communicating with customers, and tracking website performance.

• Plan and execute official website promotional campaigns by coordinating with the marketing team.
• Develop, execute, and manage official web email campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in web operations or related fields. Familiarity with Shopify content marketing is preferred.

A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is required. The ability to speak English fluently is essential along with strong analytical skills.
