Web Operations Specialist

Join our Global Web team as a Web Operations Specialist, where you'll manage web content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and drive operational excellence across website-related processes. You’ll manage content in AEM, support translation workflows, and help shape the user experience for thousands of daily website visitors.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and publish web content in AEM based on stakeholder briefs.
  • Oversee the web translation process: push translations, validate quotes, agency alignment.
  • Run and optimize other website-related workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and global stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Create and maintain dashboards using Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and ServiceNow to support data-driven decisions.
  • Design interactive forms using Outgrow, forms, … to boost user engagement.
  • Suggest UX improvements and layout optimizations.
  • Optimize web pages in collaboration with the SEO/GEO specialist and content teams to improve discoverability and lead conversion.
  • Manage extranet registration workflows in Salesforce, aligned with sales teams.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Web content management, Adobe Experience Manager or similar.
  • Strong drive for efficiency and consistency.
  • Customer-centric mindset for internal and external customers.
  • Proactive, independent, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Affinity with websites: UX, basic HTML/CSS, responsive design, etc.
  • Curiosity & eager to learn, and adapt in a dynamic digital environment.
