E-Commerce Production Coordinator – West Elm

The E-Commerce Production Coordinator is responsible for processing, testing, and uploading digital assets to . They will be working closely with the photo and digital merchant teams to execute seasonal site launches, and weekly updates. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure all site assets adhere to the brand’s various style guides and are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and project management software, and is comfortable working with high SKU and imagery counts. 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Regularly communicate with all cross-functional partners, including Creative, Buyers, Digital Merchants, and Site Management, to keep them abreast of product imagery status, recommendations, and challenges.
