Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
  • Translate client goals into actionable briefs for design and development
  • Guide clients when their requests need refinement or clarification
  • Collaborate with designers on wireframes and mockups
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure builds are on track and up to standard
  • QA websites before handover (we’ll train you on this if needed)
  • Own the timeline — keep delivery on track and within scope
  • Proactively solve problems, unblock your team, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support in creating scopes of work (SOWs), timelines, and improving delivery processes

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in project management, client servicing, or account management (agency or ecommerce background preferred)
