Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
- Translate client goals into actionable briefs for design and development
- Guide clients when their requests need refinement or clarification
- Collaborate with designers on wireframes and mockups
- Coordinate with developers to ensure builds are on track and up to standard
- QA websites before handover (we’ll train you on this if needed)
- Own the timeline — keep delivery on track and within scope
- Proactively solve problems, unblock your team, and maintain strong client relationships
- Support in creating scopes of work (SOWs), timelines, and improving delivery processes

- 2–5 years in project management, client servicing, or account management (agency or ecommerce background preferred)
