Seeking Analytical & Detail-Oriented Research Assistant with Web Research Experience!

Research Assistant / Researcher (100% Remote - Full-time)

Are you extremely detail-oriented? Are you passionate about methodical research and do you have a proven professional track record in extracting key information from complex documents? If so, this opportunity is for you!

We are looking for a Research Assistant who has previously worked in Web Researcher or Documentation Analyst roles, with experience in analyzing and reviewing corporate documentation. Ideally, you have knowledge of the Prop Trading or Trading industry. You will be the key person responsible for keeping our critical database accurate and up-to-date.

What Will You Do? (Key Responsibilities)

• In-depth Research & Collection: Search for and compile updated information on companies, specifications, and sector requirements using advanced Web Research techniques.
• Critical Document Analysis: Thoroughly read and interpret FAQs, terms and conditions, internal policies, and dense informative documents.
• Constant Monitoring: Stay alert for relevant changes in documentation to ensure our data remains current.
• Critical Data Management: Maintain an organized, updated, and robust database in Google Sheets.

Essential! What Do You Need to Succeed? (Key Requirements)

• PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AS A WEB RESEARCHER OR IN A HIGHLY RELATED ROLE (NON-NEGOTIABLE). You must demonstrate a proven ability for methodical online research, detailed reading, and critical thinking focused on data extraction.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience or a strong understanding of the Prop Trading or Trading industry is essential.
• Data Handling: Basic/Intermediate level of Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, and data organization).
• English (Reading): Basic/Intermediate level, sufficient to read and understand documents and FAQs.
• Meticulous Organization: Orderly, consistent, meticulous, and quality-oriented work ethic.

Ideal Profile: A "Detective" of Detail and Documents

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and consistent in data retrieval.
• Accustomed to and experienced in diving deep into dense informational texts.
• Responsible and focused on Data Quality.
