Role Description

Maxtron Innovations is seeking a full-time Web3 Community Manager based on-site in Delhi, India. The Web3 Community Manager will be responsible for building and engaging a thriving community of Web3 enthusiasts and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing engagement strategies, moderating discussion forums, planning and hosting online and in-person events, and fostering a collaborative, value-driven community culture. Additionally, the role involves managing content creation, overseeing social media campaigns, and maintaining active communication across various platforms to ensure community satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Community Engagement, Communication, and Relationship Management
• Familiarity with Web3, Blockchain Technologies, Cryptocurrency, and related trends
• Experience with Event Coordination, Social Media Management, and Public Relations
• Content Creation and Strategy, with strong Writing and Editing abilities
• Analytical skills for Community Metrics Tracking and Campaign Optimization
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the blockchain or technology industry
• Knowledge of tools such as Discord, Telegram, and other community platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desirable
