Position Summary

Identifies or verifies required maintenance work, interprets contract, schedules and coordinates in-house or sub-contractor work and ensures work meets contract specifications. Ensure all aspects of the contract are coordinated and completed in a timely, efficient, effective and profitable manner. Responsible for supervising maintenance crews effectively.


We offer competitive pay and other benefits. The pay range for this position is 73k to 76k yearly, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note a minimum of a Full G license is required for this job!
