Shift Timing - 8 AM to 4:30 PM, 12 PM to 8:30 PM, 2 PM to 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

KRA of Moderators

• Execute virtual meetings end-to-end with doctors, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives, session formats, and client requirements.
• Provide timely and professional email and phone support to doctors for onboarding, coordination, and technical assistance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth session execution and promptly resolve operational or technical issues.
• Manage backend operations including admin tasks, session setup, and livestreaming support to ensure flawless execution.
• Perform post-session activities such as video trimming, accurate maintenance of session records and reports.
