Project / System Overview

The L1 Support / Webmaster will join the our client's team to support and contribute to the revamp of their corporate website. The role involves day-to-day website operations, content updates, user support, and first-level incident management to ensure optimal website performance and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day website content updates, including publishing and maintaining web pages, images, and digital assets using a Content Management System (CMS) (e.g. GovTech Optical or equivalent).
  • Provide Level 1 (L1) operational support for website-related issues, including:
  • Ticket logging, triaging, escalation, and resolution
  • Adherence to defined SLAs using a ticketing system (e.g. JIRA or equivalent)
