Website Manager

🚀 We’re Hiring: Website Operations Manager 🚀

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Website Operations Manager to own and scale our website operations end to end.

In this role, you’ll manage everything from website governance and release management to cross-functional coordination, HubSpot CMS stewardship, SEO oversight, and CRO support. You’ll be the central point of contact ensuring our website is fast, reliable, compliant, and continuously improving.

What you’ll do:

✅ Own the full website maintenance lifecycle

✅ Manage priorities, SLAs, releases, QA, and deployments

✅ Enforce website governance, templates, modules, and workflows

✅ Partner with Content, Design, Dev, SEO, CRO, Analytics & QA teams

✅ Oversee HubSpot CMS, performance, security, and compliance

✅ Support SEO initiatives, A/B testing, and experimentation

✅ Coordinate vendors and maintain documentation & SOPs

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Strong experience managing websites and CMS platforms (HubSpot preferred)

🔹 Proven cross-functional coordination and release management skills

🔹 Solid understanding of QA, SEO, CRO, accessibility, and analytics

🔹 Ability to balance urgent, routine, and strategic work seamlessly
