Role Overview
Customer Service position focused on supporting users with website-related solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and interest or experience in
digital marketing and/or web design

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotative shifts between 06:00 and 22:00
  • Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Language Requirements

  • German: minimum C1 level (mandatory)
  • English: minimum B2 level (mandatory)

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
