Customer Service position focused on supporting users with website-related solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and interest or experience in
digital marketing and/or web design

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Rotative shifts between 06:00 and 22:00
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Language Requirements
- German: minimum C1 level (mandatory)
- English: minimum B2 level (mandatory)
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
