Wedding Coordinator
**What will I be doing?**:
As a **Wedding Coordinator**, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to couples and guests throughout the entire wedding planning process and event execution. Specifically, you will be expected to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensure all weddings are executed in accordance with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Provide personalized consultations with wedding clients to understand their vision, preferences, and expectations.
- Coordinate with all departments involved (banquets, kitchen, housekeeping, front desk, etc.) to ensure flawless event delivery.
- Maintain detailed wedding files and timelines, including menus, floor plans, vendor details, and payment schedules.
- Offer creative ideas and tailored solutions to enhance the couple’s experience.
