International Wedding Planner / Destination Wedding Planner

Location:

Goa / Jaipur

Experience:

5–10 years (luxury or destination weddings preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an International Wedding Planner to manage and execute luxury destination weddings across global locations. The role involves client handling, planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, and seamless on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end planning of international & destination weddings

● Handle NRI / international clients and understand cultural requirements

● Curate wedding concepts, timelines, and execution plans

● Source, negotiate, and manage international vendors and venues

● Prepare budgets, cost sheets, and ensure P&L control

● Coordinate logistics, hospitality, travel, and guest experience

● Lead on-ground execution and handle last-minute escalations

Skills & Requirements:

● Strong experience in international weddings

● Excellent negotiation skills

● Budgeting and vendor management expertise

● Ability to manage multiple events and high-pressure situations

● Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred:

● Experience with Europe, Middle East, SE Asia, or island weddings.

● Hospitality or luxury events background.
