Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will develop and manage social media marketing strategies, create engaging content for platforms, and collaborate with the creative team to align digital campaigns with company objectives. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring social media performance, analyzing metrics, and optimizing strategies to ensure target audience engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience with Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with online audiences effectively
• Proficiency in data analysis to assess social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Ability to collaborate in a remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with emerging social media trends and an innovative mindset
• Knowledge in tools and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and scheduling software is a plus
• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
