Job Description

A leading house builder have a requirement for a Senior Engineer to join their Technical team to assist with the delivery of new build developments.

Working closely with the Engineering manager and Technical Director you will play a key role within the engineering function for new build developments in the region.

You will oversee the Engineering function to ensure engineering tasks are prioritised and dealt with in an efficient and timely manner to ensure that engineering advice and information is delivered to site and the wider business, on time and within budget expectations.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Delivering detailed engineering viability information to support land acquisition
  • Providing detailed tender information for all civil aspects of new build developments, providing commercial acumen on new methods of construction
