Job Description

A full-time McDonald's Maintenance role involves keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and fully operational, focusing on both janitorial tasks (grounds, windows, trash) and technical upkeep (fixing kitchen equipment like grills, fryers, HVAC, refrigeration), requiring problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety standards, often with evening/weekend shifts and opportunities for technical training.

Key Responsibilities

+ Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on grills, fryers, ice cream/shake machines, espresso machines, HVAC, and refrigeration units.

+ Facility Upkeep: Cleaning indoor/outdoor areas, windows, restrooms, stock rooms, and handling deliveries.

+ Daily Tasks: Filtering fryer oil, sanitizing drink tanks, changing light bulbs, managing trash.

+ Safety & Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols, maintaining a safe environment, potentially getting certification...
