Project Worker (Children, Young People & Families)
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and compassionate Project Worker to provide advice, support and practical services to children, young people and their families. Working under guidance, you will deliver one-to-one and group-based interventions that help identify needs, promote safeguarding, and achieve positive outcomes in line with the aims and objectives of the service.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference by supporting families, empowering parents and carers, and working collaboratively with partner agencies.
Key Duties:
Work directly with children, young people and families to deliver effective interventions
Support and empower parents and carers
Work in partnership with children's services, health agencies and community organisations
