Weekends Logitic Coordinator

During Saturday and Sunday night shifts, The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring proactive, accurate, and timely tracking of assigned shipments, maintaining clear communication with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams, while complying with company and client operational standards.

• Working mainly with Traci:

• Actively monitor and track assigned shipments throughout all transportation stages (in transit, on site, loading, unloading, and delivery).

• Confirm and update ETAs, locations, check-in and check-out times in the corresponding systems in a timely manner.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and carriers, using calls, messages, and emails according to established protocols.
• Accurately document all interactions and shipment updates in internal platforms and/or the client's TMS.
