Weighbridge Operator / Customer Service

Overview

We have an exciting new position available for a passionate and customer focused Weighbridge Operator to join our ResourceCo team. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will provide customer service in ResourceCo’s weighbridge operation, with daily interaction with customers face to face and over the phone.

Your strong customer service, communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to learn quickly about different waste materials and to work autonomously or collaboratively, will support your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring correct ticketing, charging and destination of waste received at the depot, as well as the dispatching and ticketing of outbound materials
• Inspecting loads to check for any non-conforming products
• Understanding and abiding by the requirements of the EPA License relevant to the site
