In a nutshell:

The Guest Relations & Front Office teams at Daios Cove are considered critical for our guests’ experience, as they are the main point of contact for guests, turning their everyday moments into exceptional memories. Both these teams ensure and provide flawless, professional, and high-class guest services throughout our guests’ stay, and provide direction to improve guests and team experience continuously.

In your department:

  • Ensure all guests receive personalized services from arrivals to departures and everything in between.
  • Conduct a flawless check-in and check-out process.
  • Provide information about amenities, area, and venues, and promote services
  • Effectively resolve any guest concern and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Proactively plan and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquiries
  • Escort guests to their rooms, informing them about our resort's events and services.
  • Promote our resort's events and special/theme nights.

    • Skills and qualifications to help you succeed:

  • This role generally requires a relevant degree in Hotel/Tourism.
  • Previous similar experience in a luxury hospitality environment is essential.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent problem-resolution skills and the ability to quickly work around different solutions are critical success factors for this role.
  • Requires the ability to be flexible and adapt to change.
