Front Desk Manager
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the work of their department. This includes supervising daily room reservations, occupancy reports, statistics and no-show lists.
- Verify group rooming lists and assign rooms accordingly.
- Attend to guest requests personally when necessary.
- Tackle complaints promptly and inform affected departments as needed.
- A degree in Tourism or Hospitality management or related field with a minimum 2-year experience in a similar role required;
- Demonstrated leadership skills; proficiency in office software (MS Office) and hotel reservation systems desirable.
