Job Description
In this role you will be welcoming our new customers by informing specifics on their new accounts and confirming information in case further contact is needed. Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating NMAC/IFS Core Values. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
**Job functions Include but are not limited to**:
- Makes a standard number of outgoing phone calls on new NMAC/IFS accounts while staying available for incoming phone calls, in order to welcome the customer to our company, confirm demographics, and inform them about specifics on their accounts.
- Must be able to utilize all tools available for researching customers' information that can lead to contact.
- Direct the call to a specific department when special situations are discussed, to resolve questions or concerns.
- Assistance with registration to our website and enrollment to recurring payments.
