**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on steel for the assembly of flatbeds and truck bodies.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate assembly.
+ Engage in fabrication tasks as needed to complete projects efficiently.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding on steel.
+ At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Experience with fabrication processes is a plus.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
