About this role:

SmartStream is a division of Wormall Group and provides a huge range of precast concrete products for civil construction projects in WA. You’ll find many of our products used in subdivisions and land development projects around Australia.

Our workshop based in Cardup (near Byford) has one of WA’s few rotational molding operations and is in need of a few more hands to the crew to help with upcoming workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine job requirements
• Select, clean, and prepare metal stock and materials for fabrication
• Cut marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools, flame cutting torches, and metal cutting machines
• Shape and bend metal components and pipes using hand tools, machinery, heating, and hammering techniques
