Job Description
The LCC-A Welder will be based at one of three Amentum sites in Iraq and serve the (Light Construction Crew) under the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract in support of the U.S. Department of State. The selected candidate will take ownership of all facility welding and related fabrication projects and will report to the LCC Project Manager. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
DUTIES:
+ Maintains welds on various items using a variety of welding processes such as; arc, tungsten inert gas, metallic inert gas, and brazing.
+ Repairs metal surfaces (doors, drain covers, fences, motorized gates, grates, railing, furniture, tools, parts, etc) for the purpose of ensuring safe and efficient use of items.
