Welder

Overview

Georgian Waste Services Group of Companies is a family-owned and operated business in Utopia. We are seeking an experienced Welder to repair, modify, and fabricate metal waste bins and containers. This role is hands-on and critical to keeping our equipment safe, functional, and in service.

Responsibilities

• Weld and repair steel waste bins, dumpsters, and related equipment
• Perform cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication as needed
• Inspect containers for structural damage and safety issues
• Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and work orders
• Use MIG welding equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
